No, I honestly want to know. What’s your excuse(s)?

What are your goals? Do you have any? Do you need to make some?

In my everyday life, I am met with the social enigma of human behaviors.

I’m a personal trainer, and I place the upmost emphasis on PERSONAL.

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

Everyday I hear it all. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

No time. Kids. Self depreciation. Name it, I’ve heard it, I’ve LISTENED to it.

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

I respect anyone who is able to speak from their heart, to open themselves up, talk about their misfortunes or their self defeating attitudes.

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

What I want to know is..now that you’ve declared what your cons of life are..What the F*CK are you going to do? ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

Are you leaving me and going up to the next person and reiterating how shitty your life is?!

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

Why?! You just told me what sucks, what are you going to do to make that change?!

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

You keep repeating repeating how much you think you’re fat, how poor you are, how you’re stuck where you are.

Start treating your life like Opposite Day (sponge bob style). ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

Today, you wake up and you say I love my body, I love money and money loves me, i am the definition of hard work!

CHALLENGE YOURSELF.

Do it step by step, day by day (thank you Step by Step, such a 90’s kid)

All I’m saying is, voice your problems, but act on your solutions.
